1. Green tea

Unsweetened hot or cold green tea quenches your thirst, boosts your metabolism, and can act like a prebiotic (non-digestible food fibers that stimulate the growth of good bacteria in your gut).

2. Water with lemon or cucumber

Pep up your water with a slice or two of lemon. This adds variety to your drink and tastes amazing. Lemons stimulate your metabolism as the acid helps break down food. Lemon juice is also a natural diuretic which means it can help your body get rid of excess salt and water and, in turn, help with bloating.(4)

Peppermint has many positive benefits, from relieving cramps to treating headaches. This also makes peppermint tea the perfect drink for getting rid of belly bloat. One study showed that after four weeks of taking peppermint oil, which is found in peppermint tea, it helped reduce abdominal symptoms such as bloating.(5)

5. Pineapple frappé

This is a perfect and easy-to-make summer drink to stay cool and also relieve a bloated stomach. Pineapple is packed full of the enzyme bromelain. Bromelain helps reduces inflammation and stimulates digestion.(6) Thus, helping reduce bloating in your stomach.

To make a pineapple frappé, all you need is pineapple and ice. For an extra dash of flavor, you can add a few mint leaves. Just throw it all in the blender, and done! Drink and enjoy.

Celery juice has been a popular diet and cleansing drink over the past years, but it is also packed full of anti-inflammatory properties, which can help you feel less bloated.
