How to use the Strips?
Step1: Peel
Tear open the foil pouch and remove the lower strip from back liner with dry,clean hands.

Step2: Apply
Fit the lower strip to your teeth by applying the gel side on the front of the teeth. Line up with the edge of your gums and apply gentle pressure to mold the strips securely,fold over the reminder of strip.Repeat for the upper strip.

Step3: Reveal
After 30 minutes,gently peel off both strips and rinse your mouth. Now you are well on your way to a brighter,whiter smile!
